Our good friends from college, Amy and Sebastian Good, came to visit us here in Japan. We immediately introduced them to the deliciousness of the fast food katsu restaurants. Katsu is breaded, fried, pork cutlet. The added bonus was that this restaurant was one where you order your meal at a vending machine, get a ticket, then give the ticket to the waitress when you sit down. Two minutes later, you get your food. Yum.
