Disney Wednesday - Hollywood Studios

On Wednesday we headed out for Hollywood Studios. From the Beach Club Resort, you can take a boat to the park, so we tried that. The kids loved the boat.

Once we got there, I joined the sprint marathon to the new Toy Story Midway Mania ride. Instead of waiting in line, we snagged Fast Passes and met a toy soldier. Notice that Adam salutes with the wrong hand. Chris is a bad Army dad.

While waiting for our Fast Pass time, we met the kids' favorite - Goosey!

They also met Pluto (or as Adam likes to call him, Poodle).

After riding the Toy Story ride (everyone's favorite - it's 3-D and interactive), I got Fast Passes for it again. We (except Lottie) rode the Tower of Terror (or "Tower of Terrace"). Adam didn't like any of the spooky theming, but the part "where you go up, then down, then back up again," was fun. Weirdo!

Lottie was fussy, so she went home for an early nap. Adam got to meet more characters. First Mickey (in Fantasia mode).

Then the Up characters.

After a nap for everyone, we headed back to ride Toy Story again.
Our last stop was to see the Osborne Family Festival of Dancing Lights. It was awesome - one of the best things we did that week. Very Christmassy, even in warm Florida. The lights were beautiful and it snowed every ten minutes (soap snow, but any snow is fun).
