So we waited in line to see Buzz and Woody. They had some fun cutouts to pose in before you get to the characters.
And wouldn't let go!
After we rode Adam's new favorite ride, we decided to head to Animal Kingdom to check out the dinosaur area that we missed on Monday. First stop was to see the Festival of the Lion King, the must see show at Animal Kingdom. It was really good - performers everywhere and awesome singers. Afterward, we stopped to see Goosey and Minnie.
The characters at Animal Kingdom are all dressed in Christmas clothes (and only at Animal Kingdom, for some reason).
Then we headed for Dinoland USA, a kitschy 50's themed area. Adam and Lottie really enjoyed TriceraTop Spin - like Dumbo, but with dinosaurs. They also liked that it was four to a dinosaur, so we could all ride together.
Adam was sad that he couldn't ride the dino-themed roller coaster (another four inches to go!), but he did ride the dinosaur adventure ride with me. It was a little too scary for him, with dinosaurs jumping out and growling at us the entire time, so he wouldn't go with Dad. Afterward, he proclaimed it his favorite ride!
Our last stop was the Boneyard, a giant kids' playground with a three story slide. They loved it! Then it was back to the hotel to check out and pick up our rental car to drive to St. Pete.
