Homecoming Parade

This was Zama's Homecoming Week, so they had a Homecoming Parade on Thurday. We went last year too, but the floats had been banned, so it was very small. This year was much bigger and better, although not well attended. They didn't publicize it, so there were more parade marchers than parade watchers. Adam was excited to see the firetruck and to get some candy (the high school kids throw candy).

Lottie was excited for her first parade.

Junior ROTC marching.

Here come the "floats". (i.e., cars and vans with signs)

There was even a Zama Trojans mascot!

Jesse, Calum, and Adam enjoy their candy after the parade.

Adam poses with all his candy at home. He also scored a Trojans cowbell - his new favorite toy. What a good warm-up to Halloween!
